Purpose of the processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User and manage requests for different services and functionalities that we make available to you.
Planned operations for processing: sending communications via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, MMS, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows communications to be made. These communications will be carried out by THE CONTROLLER and related to their products and services.

Data Retention Criteria: We will process your data for as long as necessary to address your request or inquiry.

Once the possible actions in each case have expired, we will proceed to delete the personal data.
